  3.         Please print a copy of the manual (BHMANUAL.DOC) before you
  4.         attempt to utilize this software.  You MUST run the SETUP
  5.         utility before this system will operate, and full instructions
  6.         for doing so are contained in the manual.  You may print the
  7.         manual in any of the following ways:

  9.         DOS PRINT command

  11.           on your screen type:      PRINT BHMANUAL.DOC       [Enter]

  14.         DOS TYPE command

  16.           on your screen type:      TYPE BHMANUAL.DOC >PRN   [Enter]

  19.         We have also provided on disk a convenient INVOICE for
  20.         registering your software.  Use one of the printing approaches
  21.         above to print the file INVOICE.DOC.  Your timely registration
  22.         will be greatly appreciated.
